Empowering Employees through Community Volunteerism

Why Giving Back is Good for Business

Staying ahead in today's complex, increasingly competitive business market is tough. So it may sound counterintuitive to incentivize employees to serve the interests of another organization. But that's exactly what many successful brands are doing.

In this hour-long, interactive panel conversation, hear from San Diego business leaders about how you can maximize the benefits of employee give back opportunities:
  • Boost employee retention and engagement
  • Develop essential employee soft skills
  • Improve day-to-day productivity
  • Increase bottom-line results
  • Community impact
  • And, much more!
