While attending an Ivy League Institution\, Dr. Pfeffer won numerous awards and leadership positions\, as well as obtained her Doctorate in Dental Medicine DMD\, while gaining a Masters in Medical Ethics from Medical School at University of Pennsylvania. She then continued on to USC for a hospital residency where she helped worked with veterans\, trauma victims\, medically compromised\, cancer patients and in the operating room for those patients with special needs. From there she attended a 2nd residency in orthodontics where she received a Masters of Science in Oral Biology.
