- Contractor or Employee?
- Which Industries Are Most Impacted?
- Misclassification of Independent Contractors
- Payment, Benefits and Taxes
- Risk Mitigation
An independent contractor is classified as an individual who does work for an individual or company. By definition a contractor must be independent and not an employee of the hiring company.
