North San Diego Business Chamber in partnership with National University System Institute of Policy Research brings you a forum offering information and forecasting by industry to prepare your business for the future. Threats and opportunities for business in 2016 will be the key presentation points and how each industry impacts business differently.
Attendees will receive a takeaway on the subject put together by the NUSIPR.

San Diego County Regional Airport Authority
Keith Wilschetz has 28 years of experience in airport planning. He directed such planning efforts as the Site Selection study, which identified a site for a new commercial airport in San Diego; Destination Lindbergh, which formulated the long-term plan for the current site; and the Airport Development Plan, which is the current master planning effort for Lindbergh Field. Keith is also responsible for noise mitigation and sound insulation of homes around the Airport, and land use compatibility for all 16 airports in San Diego County, including four military bases.

Randy Bogle is Executive Director of San Diego Military Advisory Council (SDMAC), and serves on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Economic Development Corporation. Following retirement from a successful career in the US Navy, Randy joined D.P. Associates, Inc, a small business providing training courseware to Navy and Marine Corps aviation units. As VP for Training, he provided leadership, management and oversight of three business areas, and saw revenue increase from $10m to $70m, and the number of employees grow from 150 to over 400.

Janet Beronio began her career as Associate General Counsel with Harrah's Casino Hotels, handling legal, governmental, and risk management affairs. Rising through the executive ranks, Janet was named Regional President of Harrah's Rincon and Harrah's Ak-Chin in 2012.
