He directed such planning efforts as the Site Selection study\, which identified a site for a new commercial airport in San Diego\; Destination Lindbergh\, which formulated the long-term plan for the current site\; and the Airport Development Plan\, which is the current master planning effort for Lindbergh Field. Keith is also responsible for noise mitigation and sound insulation of homes around the Airport\, and land use compatibility for all 16 airports in San Diego County\, including four military bases.\n\n\n\nRandy Bogle\n\nExecutive Director\n\nSan Diego Military Advisory Council\n\n\n\nRandy Bogle is Executive Director of San Diego Military Advisory Council (SDMAC)\, and serves on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Economic Development Corporation. Following retirement from a successful career in the US Navy\, Randy joined D.P. Associates\, Inc\, a small business providing training courseware to Navy and Marine Corps aviation units.
