San Diego Women’s Week 2026 Returns to Inspire and Empower Women Leaders 

San Diego, CA — Women leaders across San Diego are gearing up for one of the region’s most anticipated professional development events. San Diego Women’s Week 2026, now in its 17th year, will bring together more than 500 professionals from across the county and beyond for a week of learning, connection, and leadership growth. 

The week begins February 24 with Elevate and Engage, an evening networking event at Viasat. Guests will enjoy cocktails, and authentic opportunities to connect with professionals who understand today’s leadership challenges. This event is designed to spark meaningful conversations that extend far beyond the evening. 

On February 27, the Leadership Conference at the Rancho Bernardo Inn offers a full-day, immersive experience focused on career progression, leadership development, and actionable strategies for success. Participants will engage with keynote speakers, panels, and interactive sessions while receiving the signature Women’s Week swag bag, filled with curated items including books from speakers, a purse, a thermos, a cooling towel, scrunchies, and more. 

The 2026 keynote lineup features nationally recognized leaders: 

  • - Ashley Herd, Founder and CEO of Manager Method and co host of the HR Besties podcast, presenting The Manager Method: A Practical Framework to Lead, Support, and Get Results 
  • - Sally Roberts, Co Founder and CEO of Wrestle Like A Girl, in a fireside chat Raising the Bar: Women Leading Change in 2026 and Beyond 
  • - Dr. Manna Semby, Founder of Aruna Personalized Medicine and former Goldman Sachs Vice President, presenting When High Performers Crash: The Biology Behind Midlife Burnout and What Workplaces Must Know 
  • - Margie Warrell, strategic leadership consultant and executive coach, sharing Lead with Courage: Close the Courage Gap to Amplify Impact From the Inside Out, offering practical strategies for overcoming fear and imposter beliefs 

The conference also includes a panel inspired by Revered: The Power of Female Leadership, authored by Jamie Moraga, CEO of Franklin Revere LLC. Moraga will be joined by panelists Trish Clifford, Co Founder and CEO of Leche, and Kara Hertzog, President of Innovative Employee Solutions to discuss behind-the-scenes insights from women leaders across industries, sharing strategies for resilience, growth, and empowering the next generation.
