North San Diego Business Chamber’s Health & Wellness Fair presented by Care Choice Health Systems, Inc. will provide access to a wide range of health resources and expert advice to promote overall well-being. Attendees can explore physical and mental health services, and participate in a panel on aging in place. 

The Free Event will be held from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at San Diego Oasis, located at 17170 Bernardo Center Dr, San Diego, CA 92128.  

One of the highlights of the event will be a panel discussion at 4:30 PM, titled "Aging in Place: New Research, Resources, and Best Practices to Avoid Institutionalization." This engaging conversation will focus on the latest trends in aging, offering expert advice on how to maintain independence at home.
