About Us
zero8hundred exists to proactively link transitioning military families to a broad range of resources and opportunities in the community, helping them successfully transition to civilian life. zero8hundred conducts outreach to transitioning veterans and military spouses prior to their departure from military service. Those who enroll have direct access to a Resource Specialist. Resource Specialists link veterans and military spouses to resources and support. Resources are determined by the four pillars of veteran wellness - education and employment; basic needs; health: and personal/social connections. This personal support is provided from 9 months before separation to 12 months post-separation from the service.
