About Us

I’ve built my practice through years of hands-on experience working with people in some of the most intensive levels of care—from eating disorder treatment to substance use and primary mental health. I’ve supported clients through some of their hardest and most challenging moments in their recovery, and I’m not afraid to go there with you.

Before private practice, I worked in partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), residential, and detox settings, and eventually stepped into leadership positions as a program director. That means I understand both the clinical side of this work and what it actually takes to create meaningful, lasting change in your real life—not just in treatment programs and settings.
