Zack Spencer is a Retirement Plan Specialist with Lucia Capital Group since October 2024. He specializes in designing, implementing, and managing employer-sponsored retirement plans.

"As a Qualified Plan Specialist, I stay informed on industry trends by learning from colleagues, peers, and clients,” says Zack. “My goal is to add value and ensure your retirement plan works for you and your employees.”

Before joining LCG, Zack worked at LPL Financial for ten years, served as Regional VP at OneAmerica until March 2023, and rejoined LPL for 18 months. He earned a bachelor’s in 2004 and an MBA in Financial Planning in 2010 from California Lutheran University, where he also played D-III baseball. He holds Series 7, 63, Life & Health licenses, and a QPFC designation.

Outside work, Zack is an avid baseball card collector and enjoys watching sports. He and his wife, Alyson, married in 2009, have two children.
