About Us

Anne Robie is a leadership strategist, keynote speaker, and Enneagram expert who helps leaders bring more courage, humanity, and authenticity to the way they work. Drawing on more than twenty-five years in corporate leadership and human resources, Anne guides executives and teams to reconnect with what truly drives performance: people, presence, and purpose.
Her career began in HR, where she held senior leadership roles at IBM, Turnitin, StubHub and Turnitin. She has since partnered with organizations including Google, Microsoft, Genentech, and Ironman, helping leaders navigate burnout, disconnection, culture misalignment, and the pressure to move fast without losing themselves.
Anne’s work blends strategic rigor with soulful wisdom, a combination she calls “Woo That Works.” She holds a B.A. from UCLA, a MS in Human Resources from Wisconsin, and certifications in Org Development, MBTI, DiSC, the Enneagram, and coaching through CTI and New Ventures West. She has guided more than 1,000 individuals and teams through Enneagram-based work, translating complex insights into practical behaviors that stick.
Beyond the boardroom, Anne draws on her training in yoga, Pilates, and Reiki to integrate mindfulness and embodied presence into leadership. She is the co-host of The Perfectly Imperfect Journey and has been featured on CNBC, Forefront Magazine, and multiple podcasts.
