About the Speaker
Lane Elliott, the founder and CEO of Off the Rock Media dba WeTubeU brings over 34 years of business and sales experience with her. A quarter century of that experience was manufacturing, marketing, merchandising and distributing apparel and related apparel merchandise. Lane has produced over 600 million dollars in sales to client and retailers.
As sole proprietor of a private label manufacturing service, Executive Vice President of a mens sportswear manufacturer and importer, owner of a marketing and merchandising consulting company, general partner of a small leather goods manufacturer; her hands-on management style energized others with positive and very profitable results.
In-depth knowledge of design, strategic planning, merchandising, marketing, production, purchasing, computer-assisted-design (CAD), graphic arts and sales management have supported these businesses to succeed. Additional strengths include implementing, planning and marketing new business concepts and merchandising to the consumer and their needs.
Sales ability, creativity, truly caring for the needs of clients; coupled with tested and proficient business skills, as well as optimism and perseverance support her appetite for success.
Lane is originally from Los Angeles, lived 21 years in New York and now resides in San Diego. Lane's daughter Samantha is a freshman at SDSU.
