PMO unCON North America 2026
PMO unCON isn’t your typical conference. It breaks away from the traditional format where speakers talk and attendees listen. As an unconference, it flips the script, placing participants at the center, inviting them to shape the conversation, challenge ideas, and co-create the experience. It’s not about top-down answers. It’s about meaningful exchange, practical insight, and shared discovery.
You won’t find pre-packaged talks or one-way presentations here. Instead, you’ll engage in real dialogue, explore relevant challenges, and tap into the collective wisdom of PMO Global Alliance (PMOGA), PMI's global community of PMOs.
After Paris in 2023 and Istanbul in 2024, the third edition of PMI PMO unCON opens a bold new chapter: the PMO unCON Regional Series begins in the vibrant city of San Diego. And you’re invited to help shape where it goes next. Together, this global-regional-local alliance is what brings PMO unCON North America 2026 to life — powered by PMI, presented by PMOGA, and proudly hosted by PMI San Diego Chapter.
