As MiraCosta College advances the search for its next Superintendent/President, the College is committed to an inclusive and transparent process shaped by campus and community voices.
You are invited to participate in a Presidential Listening Session to share perspectives that will help define the leadership profile for the College’s next Superintendent/President. Sessions will focus on:

The personal and professional qualities needed to lead with integrity, collaboration, and a strong commitment to student success, equity, and community engagement

To maximize accessibility, two sessions will be offered:

Those unable to attend are encouraged to share feedback through an online survey. Survey responses will be given equal consideration and fully incorporated into the search process. The survey will close on January 30, 2026.
