North San Diego Business Chamber presents quarterly professional development forums to foster leadership, citizenship and career advancement for young professionals in the region. Professionals of all ages are encouraged to attend this quarter's forum.

Richard Marks Founder/President RDM Management Group Richard is the Founder/President of RDM Management Group, a professional sales consulting company which focuses on professional development while intellectually serving others. The core of Richard’s practice is based on four (4) key principles: Self Confidence, Self-Discipline, Emotional Intelligence, and Motivation. These are the same four (4) key principles which have allowed Richard to gain a 30-year corporate business career. Most recently, Richard has experience in the Wireless industry. He was afforded the opportunity to take on struggling teams and turn them into top performers. | James P. Lough Lounsbery Ferguson Altona & Peak LLP Mr. Lough has specialized in municipal law since 1980. Beginning in 1985, he served as City Attorney for the City of Hermosa Beach. Beginning in 1992, Mr. Lough also served as the City Attorney for the City of Fresno. As Fresno City Attorney, he assisted in the development of the Strong Mayor Charter Reform package; issuance of pension obligation bonds to stabilize long-term pension obligations; and the development of a Regional Medical Center and a Triple A Baseball stadium for the Fresno Grizzlies.
