Having performed alongside greats like Jimi Hendrix, B.B. King, Muddy Waters, Otis Redding and Bo Diddley, guitarist Bill Magee delivers authentic Mississippi ?Lowdown Dirty? blues with electrifying style. Since his first CD, ?Steppin? Out?, he has been tearin? up the San Diego blues scene, and the Bill Magee Blues Band is one of the most sought-after local bands in the city. This groovin? group was voted ?Best Blues Band? by the San Diego Music Association and The Reader, and you?ll be moving and grooving to every one of their beats at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido. Tickets to the show are free! However, tickets are handed out upon entrance on a first-come, first-seated basis. Doors open one hour prior to show time, and shows fill up fast, so early arrival is strongly recommended. Also, while free general admission tickets will be handed out on a first-come, first-seated basis, reserved seats are available for $12 ($10 for Center Members).
