When Reasonable Accommodations Are Anything But...
The Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) requires employers to reasonably accommodate employees with disabilities. The ADA also requires that employers engage in the ?interactive process? when exploring accommodations. What is considered ?reasonable? and when does it become unreasonable? What about the employee who is not cooperating or who is unresponsive?
