These methods are an alternative to the traditional practices of selecting staff from job boards, recruitment fairs and internships. Panelists will share the advantages of utilizing LinkedIn and professional assessments in addition to workplace skills needed for success and human resources implications.

As a former Naval Officer and President of several companies, Dave Rosenberg understands the difficulties of managing tasks and employees. Now he shares the power of inspiring and leading employees to increase profits and productivity. Dave is the founder and principal at Locked On Leadership, a consulting firm that focuses on practical tactical leadership skills that yield results is a Certified Professional Behavioral and Driving Forces Analyst and has worked with over 60 companies in 13 states arming them to achieve sustained and managed growth.
Myriam Sanchez, San Diego Workforce Partnership
Myriam Sanchez is a native of San Pedro Sula, Honduras and has lived in San Diego since 2016. Before that, she lived in Canada, Maryland, Texas and Indiana. She has expanded her network exponentially and is using her multicultural mindset and skills to work in the business outreach arena. Myriam is the Business Outreach Coordinator for the San Diego Workforce Partnership. Her bi-cultural background and focus on community collaboration has led her to a number of volunteer opportunities and community leadership roles in the past. Myriam received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Certificate in International Commerce at the Central American Technological University (UNITEC) and a Business English Certificate at University of Toronto, Canada. Her favorite hobbies are: learning new languages, dancing ballet, traveling and having new culinary tourism experiences.
Regina Schnell, Workplace Symphonies
Regina Schnell is the founder of Workplace Symphonies. She is a certified mediator and a distinguished expert in the fields of workplace conflict resolution, human resources, and risk mitigation. With more than 20 years professional HR experience, she continues to help clients achieve individual and organizational excellence through comprehensive coaching, communication, and conflict resolution services. Regina works with individuals, cross-functional, departmental, and organizational employee groups to combine their talents and strengths to created high performing teams.

With over 12+ years working in the employment sector, Mine Her comes with an extensive wealth of knowledge and expertise on bridging the gap between employers and job seekers to grow and drive local economies. His portfolio of employer partnerships ranges from Seattle’s booming start-up scene to Fortune 10 companies. Mine has been the architect of multi-million dollar partnerships between educational institutions, employers and municipalities. He continues his passion as the Employer Relations Specialist for Cal State San Marcos, developing viable talent pipelines from the university to feed the local workforce.
