Event Description:

How Women Lead When "Shift" Happens

The COVID pandemic has played havoc with everyone but women seem to get hit the hardest. Women find themselves facing many unique challenges such as working from home while balancing childcare, home schooling, caring for parents, financially supporting their families and positioning themselves as leaders for advancement in their careers.

Join this panel of leaders and hear the challenges and opportunities they face and what they are doing to make it work.

Discussion to include but not limited to:
  • Does working remote take away from your exposure to leadership at work?
  • How women's careers are changing as a result of the quarantine?
  • What are companies doing to support their female workforce?
  • How are women managing caregiving efforts while trying to work?
  • Traits that make women strong leaders during this pandemic
  • How have women used the virtual experience to strengthen their circle of influence?
