About Roy Landers
Roy Landers is a practicing attorney and president of his own Law Firm, the Landers Law Group, PC. He has practice law for over 30 years in San Diego and his practice emphasis has been in the area of Employment Law, Business Litigation, Civil Rights and Taxation.
As a business attorney, he assists small business owners to obtain small business loans, advises small business implementation on business retirement planning, business marketing and business continuation planning. He served as a Judge Pro Tem within the San Diego Judicial system for ten years and heard and ruled on numerous cases on a variety of small business issues.
His current concentration is business marketing strategies to obtain maximum results. His law office is an affiliate of a national lending platform with over 4,000 small business loan providers offering access to capital. Finding a small business bank loan or alternative financing for small businesses is part of the services his law firm offers. In addition, he counsels and represents veterans on obtaining veteran benefits, qualifying for service connected disabilities and process appeals of benefit denials. As a disabled U.S. Navy veteran he is very sensitive to the needs of veterans seeking benefits. He served in Viet Nam.
