Management Essentials 4.5.16 - 6.7.16
Management Essentials is a 9-Week Certificate Course.
The skills and abilities that make an employee an excellent individual contributor are distinct from the skills and abilities essential to be a successful manager or supervisor. For managers to be accomplished in this complex role, they must be proactive and develop a capacity to listen to, motivate, and inspire action in those on their team or in their department.
