Leadership and Communication Certificate Program

The Leadership and Communications Certificate is a four-course program led by Michele Richardson and delivered in partnership with Point Loma Nazarene University‘s Graduate and Professional Studies.

The demands of today’s fast-paced, diverse workplace requires a different kind of leader—one who is whole, authentic, and strategic. In this series of four half-day courses, you will identify and cultivate the characteristics of an exceptional leader in four key areas: personal leadership, organizational leadership, change leadership, and communicative leadership.

Designed for emerging and seasoned leaders alike, you will walk away with the knowledge and confidence to lead in a variety of complex, changing work environments.

Held 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesdays, November 9, 16, 30, and December 7, 2016

• Session I (November 9): Personal Leadership
• Session II (November 16): Organizational Leadership
• No class on November 23
• Session III (November 30): Change Leadership
• Session IV (December 7): Communicative Leadership
