- Employees: What are Your Rights?
- Employers: What are Your Responsibilities?
Local labor attorney Denise Visconti discusses the passage of the Gender Equity Pay Bill signed into law by Governor Brown on October 6, and what it means to you.
Visconti currently serves as the Office Managing Shareholder of the San Diego office of Littler Mendelson, the largest law firm in the world exclusively devoted to representing management in employment, employee benefits and labor law matters.
She handles a broad variety of employement litigation matters, and regularly provides advice and counseling to both large and small organizations and their human resources teams.
The Right to Earn a Living
Economic Freedom and the Law

Attorney Timothy Sandefur of the Pacific Legal Foundation presents his take on the challenges businesses face with regulations that interfere with their paths to success.
Sandefur, who is also an adjunct scholar with Cato Institute, discusses "rules and regulations [that] allow politicians and lobbyists to play favorites, rewrite contracts, file frivolous lawsuits, seize private property, and manipulate private choices."
