Healthy Cooking Class: Vegan Thanksgiving Feast
Master the basics of whole-food, organic cooking while learning new culinary techniques and styles.
This marks our third vegan Thanksgiving class where we bring the best of traditional flavors and seasonal foods into our own version of a spectacular feast! And the turkeys will thank us later…
In this class we will prepare:
- Sweet potato soup cups “in croute” (baked with a flaky pie topping)
- Acorn squash with cranberry quinoa stuffing
- Shaved brussel sprout salad with pumpkin spice vinaigrette
All recipes will include a gluten-free variation when requested in advance. All ingredients and materials are included in the class fees. Attendees will receive generous samples and printed recipes to take home.
Class size limited to 20 people. Classes are $40 each or $32 for Bastyr University Clinic patients. Discounts available for seniors, military and students.
