Join us for an insightful and engaging presentation with Susan Taylor, Executive Director of External Affairs at Scripps Health. She will detail her journey in navigating career change after transitioning into her new role with one of county’s leading health organizations following a successful 15-year career as San Diego news anchor for NBC.
Susan Taylor represents Scripps Health to the community, patient groups and leaders throughout the region. Susan joined Scripps in 2011 after more than 15 years as an award-winning San Diego news anchor for NBC.
As executive director of external affairs, Susan plays a critical role in raising awareness and understanding of Scripps’ programs, facilities and services. She also helps educate a broad range of audiences about the significant changes under way in health care locally and nationally. In addition, Susan serves as a member of the Scripps Medical Response Team.
