In recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the Chamber has partnered with The Commission on the Status of Women and County Supervisor Dave Roberts, District 3 to present the Domestic Violence Awareness Forum. 

Tanya Brown, author, speaker, and sister of Nicole Brown Simpson will deliver a keynote presentation on recognizing abuse.

A panel of county officials and regional law enforcement leaders will discuss how you can help save the life of a co-worker or child in your care:

• Nick Macchione, Director of County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency
• Detective Kim Houry, San Diego Sheriff, Domestic Violence Coordinator
• Tracy Prior, Deputy District Attorney, Department of Family Protection
• Moderator: Lieutenant Misty Cedrun, SDPD Violence Unit/Family Justice Center
