Tell us about your company.

I empower stressed out women and men to take back their lives and thrive! Through one on one coaching, programs, retreats and my new book, Down The Rabbit Hole and Back: A Guide to stop believing the lies and live your own truth!

What products or services does your business provide?

I am an Author, Keynote Speaker and Licensed Psychotherapist who has been teaching life tools and skills for over 20 years. I help people take back their lives from the forces that conspire to steal their lives, their truths and their very identity! People make amazing strides in Health, Wealth and Relationships from working with me! Using 1:1 intensive coaching and concrete homework assignments as well as on line courses and live events, I teach people to go from just surviving mentally, financially, and emotionally to THRIVING!

What was the most memorable or successful moment in your business' history?

Realizing that since I have personal experience with falling down rabbit holes and getting out, that I could go to school, get licensed and help others navigate out of the rabbit holes in life. It was also pretty memorable to be on KUSI TV and KPBS radio as guest and I have given numerous talks to businesses and organizations and at conferences on actionable tools and steps to take to THRIVE in life both professionally and personally.

Tell us an interesting fact about your business.

I had to opportunity this past summer to write some of my book in Oxford, England at the actual pub, The Eagle and Child, where Lewis Carroll actually wrote parts of The Adventures of Alice in Wonderland. He and his buddies, including J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis would trade writing ideas over a pint after attending their classes at Oxford University.

What tips/advice can you offer that is related to your business' industry?

Here is an excerpt from my book. These are the common factors that people who thrive have in common:

  • They trust their judgment and aren’t concerned with what other people think.
  • They genuinely listen and keep their own comments to a minimum.
  • They are not easily offended by others.
  • They are supportive of others and don’t attempt to make other people look bad.
  • They call upon their resources and ask for help, inviting and allowing support and contributions from others.
  • They are generally positive people and actively practice positive behavior and thinking.
