San Diego Business Chamber's Small Business Forum is an environment for small business owners and leaders to discuss topics directly affecting them and share current challenges and best practices in a collaborative environment while gaining essential knowledge on small business-focused topics each quarter.

Steve Bernstein is Chief Revenue Officer at Fynso and a longtime champion of San Diego's small business community. Throughout his career, he has worked directly with more than 20,000 business owners, helping them navigate growth, access capital, strengthen operations, and overcome economic challenges through leadership roles with Wells Fargo, PNC Bank, and Banc of California.
After more than two decades helping business owners solve financial and operational challenges, Steve joined Fynso to help bring enterprise-level financial visibility and decision-making tools to small and midsize businesses. Today, he works with business owners across the country to improve profitability, strengthen cash flow, and make more informed decisions. Steve is also deeply involved in community leadership and economic development efforts throughout the San Diego region.
