This workshop will guide you along the right path to make your first impression your best impression, and how to grab every new encounter and turn it into a successful and lasting business relationship.  It includes nonverbal and verbal communication, speaking skills, appearance, dress, the power of color and communication styles.

 This is a powerful and highly interactive workshop.  You will receive a booklet summarizing the secrets, guidelines and tools presented in the program for you to reference in the future. 

Presenter: Ms. Yan Gao is the President of IconUSA Image Group, a full-service image consulting firm specializing in helping clients to develop a strong first impression and brand identity, through wardrobe and image development, communication, etiquette and protocol skills.  Ms. Gao is a member and a certified Image Consultant (only two in San Diego and 350+ worldwide) by The American Image Consultant International, an author for various newspapers and magazines, a professional speaker, Toastmaster Leadership Institute Chair.  She regularly presents workshops, seminars and conducts one-on-one consultations for individuals and corporations.
