\n The San Diego North Chamber of Commerce has partnered with the Institute for a Competitive Workforce to host an event to discuss timely education and workforce topics and explore how we as a community of academics\, educators\, business leaders and parents can work together to create and compete for the high-quality jobs of today\, and the careers of tomorrow. This event will provide an interactive forum for business\, community\, and education leaders to discuss local workforce and education challenges and offer strategies to implement positive change. \;

\n The event will take place in two segments. The first segment is the Business Forum which will consists of a series of distinguished speakers\, two moderated panel discussions addressing timely workforce/education topics\, and break-out sessions. The second segment is a Community Event which will include an exhibitor fair showcasing various workforce and education opportunities and resources in San Diego County\, a private screening of the movie "\;Won'\;t Back Down\,"\; and a panel of local leaders from the business and education community. \;
