The Elizabeth Hospice invites the community to learn how to complete an advance directive for healthcare\, during a scheduled workshop on Tues.\, May 2 from 1:00pm to 2:30pm at The Elizabeth Hospice Carlsbad office located at 5938 Priestly Dr.\, Suite 103 Carlsbad 92008. Please RSVP by April 28.\n\n\n\nThe Elizabeth Hospice would like to remind community members that sharing your healthcare wishes with your loved ones and selecting a healthcare power of attorney are important things that you can do today to plan ahead. The National Healthcare Decisions Day initiative is a collaborative effort of national\, state and community organizations committed to ensuring that all adults have the information and opportunity to communicate and document their healthcare decisions.\n\n \n\nLight refreshments will be available.
