After a successful career at Nortel\, Richard became held many leadership roles at companies such as Atlantic Research in Washington DC\, and several publicly traded companies in the US.\n\n	 \n\n	Richard and his wife started their own firm in 1998 and have grown the business since then to represent clients World Wide.
