DESCRIPTION:Over the last 18 months did you rise to a particularly tough challenge\, or did your peers on the case show their skills with an innovative solution to a tricky problem? Don't let it go unnoticed!\n\n\n\nNominate you or one of your peers as Advisor of the Year\, an award for middle-market M&A professionals in San Diego. \n\n\n\nSan Diego's First Annual Advisor of the Year Awards  is designed to celebrate San Diego's leading middle-market mergers and acquisitions professionals.  The deals can be located outside of San Diego\, but the nominated professional has to be based in San Diego.  The program\, which is supported by a multi-year commitment from BNY Mellon and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton\, is being produced in cooperation with the Rady School of Management at UCSD and the Association for Corporate Growth   San Diego\, is eventually planned to grow into an educational initiative for the owners of closely held businesses. \n\n \n\nWe have an excellent panel of judges\, with John Major\, Chairman of Broadcom as our lead judge (other judges are below)\n\n \n\n	Gail Naughton\, Chair and CEO of Histogen\, and founder of Advanced Tissue Sciences\n	Vince Monteparte\, CEO and former owner of Miro Technologies (sold to Boeing)\n	Rick Hernandez\, Founder of I Drive Safely Inc.
