DESCRIPTION:North County Health Services (NCHS) is marking National Health Center Week 2013 by hosting their 5th Annual Summer Health Fair\, "Back to School   Your Passport to a Healthy Year" on Saturday\, August 10th from 9am-12pm\, as part of a weeklong campaign (August 11-17) to raise awareness about the mission and accomplishments of America's Health Centers as local solutions for affordable and accessible health care.\n\n	Not only has North County Health Services (NCHS)  been dedicated to helping those in North County receive quality healthcare for over 40 years\, by offering low to no-cost services to the under and uninsured\, but are also dedicated to providing a healthy start. The goal of this year's health fair is to help hundreds of families in the community with free health & dental screenings\, educational information on healthy snacks\, back to school supplies and - tons of fun!
