DESCRIPTION:The Military Transition Council shapes Operation Connect\, an initiative formed by the Chamber to give back to those who have given their service to our country.\n\n\n\nOperation Connect is a three-part program that helps connect transitioning military service members to businesses in the region by providing complimentary professional development training\, mentorship\, and access to networking events at no cost to the veterans.\n\n \n\nThe Council reviews each workshop\, creates ways to improve the program\, and helps grow the number of Chamber Members participating as Mentors and veterans who participate in the program.
