\nAshley has more than 20 years of professional leadership and military lifestyle experience. \; Prior to joining Zero8HUndred\, Ashley served as the Executive Director for USO San Diego\, bringing her operational and fundraising strategies to fruition\; Ashley revamped the organization by realigning priorities\, locational operation\, and fundraising goals. \; She successfully assisted with taking the organization from an independent\, local 501C3 to a merged entity with the USO Worldwide headquarters. \; Prior to USO\, Ashely served as the Navy Region Southwest\, Metro San Diego Ombudsman Coordinator\, serving at the Regional Train the Trainer\, and was previously the President of the San Diego Chief Petty Officer Spouse Association. \; Ashley is dedicated to being a servant leader in her community and is an active member at several organizations including \;Rotary 33\, serving as the incoming Chair for the Cardinals Interact Program through Price Philanthropies\; the North San Diego Business Chamber\, San Diego Military Advisory Council\, San Diego Veterans Coalition\, North County Philanthropy Council and through the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce serves in both the Defense\, Military and Veteran group as well as the Veterans Business Alliance. Ashley was the 2016 Chair\, for the San Diego Military Family Collaborative Conference and graduated the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce Lead San Diego Influence Course in 2020. \;
