DESCRIPTION:The world needs women with confidence and boldness to lead authentically. We offer a beautiful and challenging 7 mile hike to empower your group\, coaching to identify your strengths\, and purposeful conversations to move you forward.\n\n\n\nShare a day of hiking\, leadership coaching\, and facilitated discussions with twelve women on March 23rd\, 2019. \n\n\n\nFrom our experience\, getting women together to enjoy the outdoors and explore leadership creates an amazing and unique atmosphere of support and challenge. This is why we offer these exclusively to women leaders! \n\n\n\nThis workshop goes from 8 am to 2 pm at Mission Trails\, San Diego. The route includes South and North Fortuna\, two of the five summits in the five peak challenge! Certified guiding\, first aid and coaching included!\n\n\n\nFrom a former participant: "I was especially attracted to this event because it was focused on women. The group today was diverse in terms of age and career background\, but we came together in the most wonderful way to share\, support and connect\, and I left feeling as though I had made new friends. I am unbelievably grateful to the team at Cairn Leadership for facilitating a world-class workshop and for empowering me to level-up as a Leader. This workshop was invaluable to me and I have no doubt that all women would feel the same!"
