SUMMARY:University of Phoenix Entrepreneurial Fair
DESCRIPTION:The Entrepreneur Fair is focused in large part this year toward veteran and family owned small businesses. There will be two discussion panels\, and numerous vendors and organizations with various resources geared toward helping small businesses.\n\n\n\nThe first discussion panel\, entitled "Small Business Challenges and Solutions" will consist of 2-3 small business owners who are veterans and students or alumni of the University. These business owners will engage in a lively Q&A open discussion with the other three highly experienced panel members one of whom is a small business attorney and veteran\, another is an HR professional and a veteran\, and the other is an small business strategist and coach. This panel will be moderated by Debra Rosen\, CEO of the North San Diego Chamber of Commerce.\n\n\n\nThe second panel\, entitled "Taking Your Business to the Next Level: Identifying Resources and Opportunities" will contain varous professionals from small business government as well as non-government agencies\, including: SBA\, SBDC\, Walt Disney Corporation\, San Diego Airport Authority\, and a veteran owner of a small security business who has gone through the Airport Authority's certification process and who has existing contracts with the Airport Authority).
