She oversees all aspects of land development from strategic planning and entitlement processing\, and management of a multi-disciplinary internal and external consultant team comprised of planning\, engineering\, financial and legal professionals. \n\n\n\nFrank Belock\n\nDeputy General Manager\n\nSan Diego County Water Authority\n\n \n\nFrank Belock\, Jr. serves as Deputy General Manager of the Water Authority.   Mr. Belock joined the Water Authority in August 2007.  Before joining the Water Authority\, Mr. Belock was employed by the Parsons Corporation serving in the capacity of Area Manager for the San Diego office.  Mr. Belock is a California registered professional civil engineer.  Prior to his employment with Parsons\, he served as Water Department Director and Director of Engineering and Capital Projects for the City of San Diego.  \n\n\n\nBo Mazzetti\n\nChairman\, Rincon Band of Luiseno Indians\n\n\n\nBo Mazzetti grew up and lives on the Rincon Reservation\, and has served as tribal chairman since 2007.
