Tickets are on sale to hear “Shark Tank” investor Daymond John speak in Rancho Bernardo during a luncheon next month.

The self-made multi-millionaire with more than $6 billion to date in global product sales, according to his bio, will be the featured speaker during the North San Diego Business Chamber’s Leaders of Change luncheon.

It will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26 at Sony Electronics, 16535 Via Esprillo in Rancho Bernardo. Tickets are $59 for chamber members and $79 for non-members, which includes a copy of John’s book “Rise and Grind.” A table for seven is also available to chamber members at $500. The book is included.

Tickets are limited, with the first 250 attendees receiving an autographed copy of the book, according to chamber officials. To purchase, go to or call 858-487-1767.

According to his website, John is a pioneer in the fashion industry, a star for eight seasons on ABC’s “Shark Tank” reality show, a New York Times best-selling author, a branding guru and a highly sought after motivational speaker.

Chamber CEO and President Debra Rosen said she expects tickets to sell-out quickly based on previous Leaders of Change events that featured high-profile individuals like Arianna Huffington of the Huffington Post Media Group and human rights activist Naomi Tutu.

Rosen said the chamber only holds the Leaders of Change event when a high-profile individual is booked.

“The chamber supports businesses and the entrepreneurial spirit,” Rosen said. “Daymond John is everything about entrepreneurialism.”
